The fuel line is mostly empty because of how fast they fuel your truck but take their time inspecting your vehicle, making sure you have fluids and everything is working properly. “For the past 2 months, I have been trying to get my battery replaced for a Ryobi electric string trimmer. Let's just say it hasn't been resolved until I met Rosa, who handled my issue like a pro! Today was the day that I have had enough with the run around, and was ready to give everybody the business, as customer service kept placing me on hold for 30 minutes plus. While on hold I decided to drive to my local store where I spoke to 3 friendly staff members who tried and were empathic to my situation. Long story longer, we called 2 different stores, and submitted a claim that showed that I am covered. The claim didn't submit, and I am still waiting to get my battery replaced. Then Rosa let me know that she was able to get some traction, and to visit another store to get my issue resolved. Please recognize Ms. Rosa at the S. Elm-Eugene store at a manager above all others that will get the job done! She was a pleasure to work with. Now I am headed to get my battery replaced. Thank you Rosa for your hard work, and great customer service!”

“Excellent service!!! Some uhaul dealers are not all that professional but this one is excellent. I did not do the pre check-in but the check in still only took about 5 minutes. When I got back, I simply handed over the keys and left and 5 minutes later got the accurate adjusted receipt. Also the truck I got was in good condition.”

“I have mixed emotions on this one. It's not every week that you need to rent a truck but when you do, if you're like me, you have a designated time frame to begin and end. Unfortunately, things don't always go as you plan and this came into play more than once with this customer. To start off, I reserved a 26' truck three days in advance to make sure there was one available at 7am (bad experience in the past at another place). Anyhow, I arrived at 6:50 and was the first in line. Within 5 minutes, a second person showed up. By 7:10 still no employees. Around 7:15 the GM arrived, he did apologize for his tardiness and we moved on. This has already set be behind but no big deal, we will be alright. During my wait for an employee, the other customer called the number on the door for the regional manager and it went to some guy that was not affiliated with uhaul. Lol. Don't call him. The GM is very laid back with no personableness about him. It's straight monotone and business. Anyhow, I was expected to have the truck back by closing (7pm). At 6pm, I realized I wasn't going to make it and called them to let them know. They ended up extending me 12 hours at no charge even though I was only going to be a couple additional hours. When I finally did arrive and locked up and dropped the key, I turned around to see that I had left the park lights on the truck. Unfortunately, this particular truck didn't have an auto shutdown and as far as I know we're going on all night or until the battery died. I did send a text to the GM who's cell number is on the door (hopefully it was the right one). I never received a text back nor did I receive a charge the next day which I expected for my mistake. All in all, it was a good experience and they really did do me right. I would recommend using this location.”
