“Haley George has gone above and beyond to help me get situated at the new storage lot off of college. I could not be happier with my experience and can easily tell that she has my best interest in mind. The lot is also clean, which I appreciate.”
“Mr. Ira is the manager at this store. From day one everything has been a breeze with his help and assistance!! ??? From all of my questions well into making my first time renting a storage unit a complete success. I was never at first and weiry of the costs and how things worked- but with his reassurance everything was fine!!! ? Nice Clean storages and I never had an issue with the conditions in which I had my things. No bugs no mildew nothing that would make u want to run. Thank You Ira & Extra Space Storage!”

“I was a little hesitant leaving Public Storage but we’ve had a great experience here so far. Rental and move-in was easy. It is a little analog and there’s no app like PS but this place is worth it honestly. Easy to get in and out. It’s a small driving space but there’s never really a lot of people there at the same time anyways. The guy at the desk was really nice and answered all the questions we had before renting.”
“I want to thank the following people for their help in securing the storage container I needed during the restoration of my home. Gerardo ( transported container to my home. Chelsea ( representative who coordinated the rental purchase and was very professional in her dealings with me, and Victor( who is scheduled to pick container up. Additionally I want to had that Gerardo answered any pertinent questions I had about the unit before he left. He was very professional in his duties.
I would gladly recommend My Vault portable storage to anyone who needs a unit.”
“The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable; she answered all my questions; she explained and broke down the fees for the rental process. The application was quick and simple. This is my first day rental and my very first time ever renting a facility. I hope and pray all goes well while I'm renting this unit. ?”
“Process was very quick and easy, great customer service and advice as well, I do recommend you come in instead of purchasing online, just so you can actually see your space and avoid any mistakes”
“What an awesome experience I had with Devon on Holden Road the guy running the show was Onree and he served six people while I was there looking at a unit. He took payments. He assisted people with pricing and so forth. I don't know how he did it, but he did it all with a smile and excellent customer service and I appreciate that more than you'll ever know.”
“Connie is spectacular, she is one of the reasons I chose this location. She is a valuable asset to this company! Storage facility is good, the service is better.”

“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”

“I have been with American Self Storage for over two years now and have no complaints. I wasn’t able to gain access through the gate, I called the number and someone immediately answered and fix the problem within minutes. When anyone asks me about a storage facility I always recommend American Self Storage.”
“Rebekah was such a great help. She managed to get me in the correct storage unit after finding out the one I had originally gotten was too small. Thanks a bunch Rebekah!! You're the greatest!!”
“Thank you, Bee Storage, for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept facility. This is the second year I’ve needed summer storage for my daughter.
The storage facility we used last summer was less than 10 minutes from NCA&T. Gross experience. There were rat droppings from the elevator area leading to ALL the units on the floor. I was sweeping a path from droppings as if I worked there! Droppings on the totes and bags. We had to sanitize everything before loading it into our SUV.
I truly appreciate the cleanliness and care Bee Storage provides. I will definitely be using Bee Storage again next summer. Thanks again!”
