Target in the Greensboro area is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. While some customers praise the store's cleanliness, friendly staff, and helpful assistance, others report issues like long lines, limited checkout options, and inconsistent store hours. One customer highlights the exceptional service they received from a cashier named Karrington, who was described as genuinely friendly, informative, and willing to accommodate. Another customer commends a clerk who went above and beyond to help them find a specific product and ensure their satisfaction. However, not all experiences are positive. Some customers have encountered problems like closed dressing rooms, early store closures, and questionable pricing practices. One customer even mentions a manager who did not seem to think an issue was wrong. Despite these mixed reviews, the overall sentiment is that Target can provide a positive shopping experience when the store is well-staffed and the employees are attentive to customer needs. The store's cleanliness and the helpfulness of certain staff members, like Tyre the tech assistant, are also noted as strengths.
I love shopping at this store, but recently it has not looked as clean and organized as it used to be. Also, it is difficult to get a call into guest services. No one seems to be answering the phones.

This is my favorite Target in the Greensboro area. The others are a complete disaster.
The problem with this store is the dressing rooms are always closed when I'm there (6pm). They consistently close early with no explanation.
