“My tire popped on the side of the road and I had to get my car towed here. I called and they were able to get me a quote over the phone. The customer service was amazing and they assured me while I was going through the stressful situation. After I got the tow there, they changed my tire in under the amount of time that they anticipated. There was an area for me to sit and do my homework, an area for children, and they didn’t charge me over the quoted price. Logan the manager was super nice and gave me gas in my tires, recommended me new rims, and was fun to talk to! You can tell he has a passion for cars. For everyone and especially If you are a student from High Point University like me, I would highly suggest coming here. Especially since it’s not that far from the school. 10/10 would absolutely come again.”

“I brought in my own tire to High Point Tire and Automotive, and they mounted and balanced it, plus took care of the disposal — all for about $30. Even though it was just a small job, they treated it with the same care and professionalism as a bigger service. After the replacement, the balance felt perfect and the ride quality noticeably improved. I really appreciate their effort, and now I feel confident driving back to New Jersey for my long trip. Thank you!”

“Charlie and his employee are very kind always and go above and beyond for their customers & to make sure they are satisfied. They have the best quality used tires around and he has the best prices in town. I definitely recommend this place if you want good quality tires for a good price.”
“This is a great local business to support. Kenny is a knowledgeable and professional technician. He helped me purchase a set of tires without the upsell you get from other retailers. The service was quick and issue free. I will definitely be using Horneytown Tire again.”
“Outstanding Experience!
I was heading out of town and noticed one of the tires on my cargo trailer was in poor condition. I called Thomas Tire and Automotive to see if they had replacements that would fit — they confirmed right away that they did. I stopped in, and they had me in and out in under 45 minutes. The service and professionalism were outstanding. They even checked all my other tires and lubed the bearing buddies. Truly above and beyond — highly recommend!”

“I came in asking for them to change a tire pressure sensor, I got the part from AutoZone, and it was the wrong part. The employee at Triad Tire, found me a sensor and replaced it for me. Told me to bring the other one back and get my money back. Great place to go..”
“Always caring and kind. They are always helpful in maintaining my older car. I highly recommend Porter's as they are professional, fair pricing and know what they are doing!”
“Traveling across the country and our F250 needed the Jasper transmission replaced. These folks are what service is all about.
They knew we had family plans to go to Maine with 2 of our grandchildren and that we were already delayed. They got the new transmission installed as soon as it arrived and had us ready for the road in 2 days.
I now have Five Points Motor Company in my file as a go-to mechanic when in North Carolina. They even cleaned my doggone rims!”

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! if I could give them 20 stars I would. So the day before Thanksgiving I get a flat tire. I went to two places and no one had my tire size. Googled and this place came up. I said well let me give it a try. I need a tire you know it’s the holidays. A lot of stuff wasn’t open and of course looking for not just a good price but, a good tire. They say third luck is the charm!!! Pulled up efficient. Great service, great customer service, great pricing, they were just awesome. I mean I didn’t even have to get out of the car. They changed my tire with me and my family in the car. I would recommend this place to anybody and thank you all again!!!”

“Guy at the desk was nice, greeted me when I walked in. Had the tire i need for the flat I got the day before. Tried to them to finish in 5 or 10 minutes, he said closer to an hour. Done in maybe 30 minutes if not less. Price was fair, only bummer is they couldn't do a state inspection at that moment. Really happy. And appreciate the great service.”
