I ordered on the internet requesting items that should have cost a certain amount. When I got to the store (it was supposed to be ready between 2 and 3 pm ) i got there at 2:15 and had to wait until 7:30 to get my groceries and only got a third of what I ordered.

I am from out of town, but I was in the store yesterday. I encountered three extremely helpful employees. One of them took me directly to the items I wanted. Another shared her own personal experience which was positive with an item I was buying. And another also went out of their way to help me

Showed up at 8:50 pm to do a return after driving across town and the so-called "Customer Service" dept was cashing out their registers and closed, despite the fact that I called before leaving the house and they said they were open until 9. Thirty minutes and a wasted gallon of gas... not ok.
