“These five stars are for Bianca. Friday morning Nov. 3, I went to the drive thru atm before the lobby opened to deposit a check my dad had given me to pay wedding vendors (my wedding was the next day, Nov. 4). I put the check into the machine and —nothing happened. The atm made some noises and then showed a message that said my transaction was cancelled, but didn’t give me the check back. I was waiting at the door when they opened and panicking. Bianca was so calm and sweet and was able to get it handled within about 10 minutes. Ms. Bianca, you saved me from becoming a bridezilla and for this I thank you. ❤️”

“I have been banking here for years. They are very helpful. Teller staff is top notch. I feel like my money is protected at this bank from fraud. Being a former banker, I know the stress a teller has on them to prevent fraud. They are bombarded with odd situations when it comes to money. If they are a little cautious about your check, be patient and polite. You will always get what is rightfully yours. The bank and the teller need to feel comfortable with the transaction. They have to cross a lot of t's and dot a lot of i's.”
