During this meeting we were encouraged by this individual to seek out the loan we needed, here at SECU. We took their advice and were not disappointed. Chelsia assisted us with our needs. She went above and beyond for us in the best way possible and had answers to our questions. This process ran a bit past 5:30 which was closing time, and she assured us that everything was fine. We are not the typical people to leave reviews, however we both agreed that she should be recognized to the community for her hard work, knowledge and dedication to her job and to meeting the needs of the community. “I see how they treat my grandmother every time we go in. They know her by first name, the staff is ethically balanced, and we have never left unhappy. I do see how service is changing though as my grandmother has to sit each time she goes in, and not everyone will service her at the sit down window. This is a little concern but I hope this is read and they will keep doing what has been done in the past. She absolutely loves this bank and the people that work there.”
