“Both SECU Winston-Salem & Winterville (Greenville) Loan Officer were very professional & one 800# 24/7 rep were vary effective effective at helping me when criminal stole my checkbook & wrote & cashed 3 checks totaling about $5,000, draining my checking account & tripping my overdraft protection! However, 2 800# reps were incompetent in not following thru, when one rep said she was helping me, while I was on hold for over an hour & she never called me back, even though she had my number!!!”

“I see how they treat my grandmother every time we go in. They know her by first name, the staff is ethically balanced, and we have never left unhappy. I do see how service is changing though as my grandmother has to sit each time she goes in, and not everyone will service her at the sit down window. This is a little concern but I hope this is read and they will keep doing what has been done in the past. She absolutely loves this bank and the people that work there.”
