    I have been with this bank for nearly a decade. I had some fraudulent charges on my account, they are refusing to reimburse me. I am contacting the the CFPB. Don't bank with Truist

    I go there everyday except Sundays for my job and they are always nice they know me by name and they are always fast except for one person its a man he takes his time he is always slow and he always does other things than take customers but other than that I have had a great experience going there
