“I’ve had to ship packages out five days a week for two weeks, and they help me print the shipping labels for every single one with no hassle or complaint even when the phone signal is meh in there. I’ve only had great help and support here, I appreciate their customer service and timely service. Even on the day I rushed over two minutes before close with multiple packages they were still so nice while helping me.”

“I spoke with a young lady named Bianca (after quite a struggle with the automated process attempting to get a real person). Bianca gave me the info I needed, she was very pleasant & caring. Kudos to this young lady for her assistance so close to closing time. We need more people like her :)”

“Clerks are very professional and helpful. Customer service is the best around! Joe and Dawn, along with the Postmaster Ms. Martin welcome most customers by their names and that makes us feel welcome.”
