“I needed a new battery and went to the Auto Zone in Hampstead,NC
I walked in and ask for a new battery. And this young man said can help you with that Sir!
I said cool. He ask me to come to one of the registers. Very polite he ask me what kind of vehicle I had. Then he went back and got a cart and got the battery. We went out side and popped the hood and in a short time he had the old one out and the new one back into. I was very impressed with Lonnie. He was very friendly. I spent 226 dollars and with Lonnie’s attitude I will gladly come back and buy more products from your store! Lonnie has the qualities to be a manager! Thank you so much for hiring great people!”

“I hope someone of importance sees this, my husband and I broke down a few days ago and without the help of Chris and (I believe his name was Nick, not sure) our day would've been much worse. Chris came out of the back and let my husband us the OB2 reader multiple times, and even opened up a new set of tools to let us borrow to replace the spark plugs, and a step stool. This level of customer service and honestly just kindness is hard to come by these days. Swung by Registers in between heavy travel and they not only fit me in immediately, they diagnosed and told me part to get and bring back for them to install= not getting the standard overcharging or I think it’s this. Brand new facility, great team. Had two people ask me if I’ve been help within just a few minutes.”
