“Great business, one of the best washes we’ve ever gotten from a automated car wash. The vacuum is actually have suction and they’re not sticky or anything like allow the car washes. Overall cleanliness is very high. The staff is very polite and helpful. Even if they don’t know the answer to something they find someone that does. I am completely comfortable taking my kids here and letting them help me clean the car, which is not something I can say for other car wash experiences. I sometimes feel bad because the staff looks like they’re muscling through every moment of their shift in the hot summer months, but even then they keep a great attitude. We were one of their first hundred customers to sign up for a membership when they first opened and got a great deal on our memberships. A year later, we were preparing to move to a different town and closed our membership. We ended up not moving and they allowed us to reopen our membership at the same price as we originally got it for their opening deal! A little sad that their Matt washing machine got run over and can’t wait for it to get replaced. Outside of that, have no critiques or complaints and been going there for almost 2 years now.”

“Very honorable owner. My car was covered by bird s&*$ and I wanted to pressure wash manually. The coin machine gobbled up my quarters and then went back to "insert $2.00" even though I already inserted more than enough for a wash. I called the owner and he took my info for a refund. I changed bays since I HAD TO wash my car and it worked well. First the soapy brush, then the high-pressure rinse. All in all, it cost me around $7 (with the lost $3.75). Well, I just now received the refund in the mail with a nice coupon. That is great customer service. Thank you.”
