“I have been taking my animals here for the last 7 years. Started when my chihuahua got her nose bit almost completely off and needed a nose job and they were the only ones to help her. The brought all my other animals here. Dr. Moore has been the best vet to my animals and even recently when my pit bull got attacked he was brought in the next day and rage sutured him up and she called to check on him. Will continue to go here.”

“This vet clinic is outstanding. Skilled, professional and compassionate staff, full services, up-to-date, clean facilities and easy scheduling. We were visiting the area from out of town with a senior dog suffering from both CKD and DCM. We came prepared with vet records, but they were so thorough they had gotten the records from our home vet before we arrived and went thru everything in detail with us during our initial visit. They even printed visit records and compared kidney values with prior visits. I was highly impressed with their knowledge, kindness and services offered. We had just lost a dog to kidney failure several weeks before this trip so knew what we were facing. We have also seen many vets over the years fostering dogs and I can say that this office and Dr. McArthur in particular & her assistant were exceptional. We could not be more grateful to be placed in their care and direction during this difficult time. They have given us everything needed to bring our pet comfort as she nears her final days--something that is invaluable to us. Despite the anticipatory grief of losing our beloved dog, this has been an incredibly positive experience on all accounts. Whatever the reason, if you are in need of a vet, look no further-you and your pet will be in excellent hands if you choose this animal hospital. :)”

“I took my kitty in who was recently diagnosed with sarcoma in his paw. I didn’t feel he was getting the care he deserved at his previous vet , so I brought him to Country Vet. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and kind. We went in just for an appointment to determine what is the best for Kitty. Amputation was the best option for him. The surgeon wasn’t scheduled to do it that day but with how bad Kitties paw was he did. These people care about the animals. Thanks to everyone there , y’all truly saved kitty’s life.”

“Had to bring my pup in last minute when we were out of town in Wilmington, NC. After calling a few other veterinarian offices this office was able to fit us in quickly. There were about 6 ladies working behind the desk and we were pleasantly greeted by one of them. It would have been nice if they all smiled when we walked in, some looked almost bothered but that's me being nit-picky.”

“so compassionate and professional!!! i can’t say good enough things about the staff here. unfortunately, our pup lost his battle with cancer very recently. on his last day they gave him bacon and chocolate and allll the lovings and throughly explained everything to us as it was happening. i was a complete basket case through the whole process and they really were beyond kind. i really just wanted to write this review in the hopes that the women that helped us that day (it was all a blur i don’t remember their names, unfortunately) see this and know that their empathy did not go unnoticed! thank you so much, WAH.”
