I have always loved the store and the quality associates that work so hard to help find the perfect jeans or items needed. Much to my surprise, I went for a pair of jeans and was greeted immediately by Ann. She was super friendly and personable. she asked what I was in the market for and took me to the jeans! She started pulling my sizes. She checked in on me and brought exactly what I needed. I am so thankful for people who really listen and it is refreshing to have assistance in a store. Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“This store is a breath of fresh air! It’s not laid out like a typical store. It’s very interesting. It really makes you want to engage and take your time and shop. There’s good positive music playing it feels like a positive place. There’s things that are really pricey and then there are things that are more moderately priced. I think there’s something for everyone here. They’re very sweet and kind. There’s a lot of stuff for believers here. There’s decor clothes, food all kinds of things. Overall, I love it, and I can’t wait to come back”

“My beautiful wife and I were visiting our son in Leland, North Carolina from Delaware and decided to do some shopping. My wife found Tres Bleu online and we decided to stop by to check it out. From the minute my wife walked in, both Morgan and Jackie were EXTREMELY friendly and beyond helpful! Ironically, as I went to post this review I noticed a comment from someone else that said, “Every time I come in it’s like family…” I couldn’t agree more. The girls were so kind to everyone as they were shopping and even just looking! Oh, and I need to mention that it was also 4th of July weekend, and when so many people in stores are “checked out,” they were very dialed in! Thank you Morgan & Jackie for helping my wife with her new bathing suits and jumpsuit! Highly recommend this boutique! With gratitude, Russell & Anne Marie Borns”
“I have been to several different Torrid locations, across the country. This location, although it is not even my local one, is by far my favorite.
It is the biggest location and has the most inventory for you to choose from. I love the fact that they have a big lingerie spot and the swiim wear (when in season) as it allows you to try these on and see what they look and feel like on you before you buy it. As we all know, different styles of lingerie and swim wear all fit differently so this is a huge plus!
Besides that, the staff is wonderful here! Hayley and Amanda both remember my name when I come in there. They are always honest with me about how things look on me and offer suggestions, based on what they know from my previous purchases. They are truly jewels in Torrid's crown!!”

She left me 8ish pairs in a dressing room, and offered to grab me anything else if I didn't like them or they didn't fit. Phenomenal service. They showed me what they had and when I explained it had to be a certain color red for her work they got online on her phone and checked other locations and found what we were looking for.They went above and beyond to be helpful.
