“I had never visited a Talbots before. I have had second hand clothes from there but just never went into a store. I will say that this is not my typical style so that is not what the 5 stars is for. What this particular Talbots gets 5 stars for is their amazing customer service. I have never in all of my life been greeted so kindly by so many employees. Every single one of them was so delightful. The one lady was so nice that I told my friend "I must know her cause she is smiling at me". She just worked there! They set us up in the dressing rooms and although they were extremely busy they made sure everyone was well taken care of. To Talbots- GREAT job on staffing! The ladies working today also deserve major kudos and that is very rate now days to say that. Also, amazing sale going on, too!”
“My mom and I were in town visiting, we stopped in to find a pair of jeans but left spending $420!.....Molly was awesome! Such a sweet and helpful lady. We actually loved our shopping experience with her so much that we went back a few days later and spent another $300! We honestly probably would not have spent that much, but she was so helpful and insightful finding us new things to try that we might not have without her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, BUT ASK FOR MOLLY!”

“I went into Arula for the first time today. The store was beautiful, and they had many great options. The store clerk was very helpful as she helped me find the perfect dress. The dressing rooms were gorgeous! Pricing is alittle higher than what I expected but the clothing seems like it is made very well.”

“My beautiful wife and I were visiting our son in Leland, North Carolina from Delaware and decided to do some shopping. My wife found Tres Bleu online and we decided to stop by to check it out. From the minute my wife walked in, both Morgan and Jackie were EXTREMELY friendly and beyond helpful! Ironically, as I went to post this review I noticed a comment from someone else that said, “Every time I come in it’s like family…” I couldn’t agree more. The girls were so kind to everyone as they were shopping and even just looking! Oh, and I need to mention that it was also 4th of July weekend, and when so many people in stores are “checked out,” they were very dialed in! Thank you Morgan & Jackie for helping my wife with her new bathing suits and jumpsuit! Highly recommend this boutique! With gratitude, Russell & Anne Marie Borns”

“Tiny (very well air-conditioned) store with tons of t-shirts, mugs, toys, trinkets and souvenirs galore for Wilmington visitors. I never got her name as we giggled and conversed, but the store employee was quite pleasant to engage with, as well. I recommend patronizing the Top Toad souvenir shop over Krazy Mike's (located on the corner of same street) to save yourself both money and any rude interaction. Shopping inside Top Toad was a memorable moment for both myself and my friends.”

“The two ladies who were working yesterday were absolutely phenomenal. No bias, which is extremely difficult to come by (I had to stop in after the gym due to my crazy schedule, and I looked like a wreck), I won’t go into specifics of who was on the floor for the sake of privacy, but this was the first time for me shopping for professional attire and they were extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service, I will be returning.”

My go-to sales rep is Christine, and I was extremely happy to find her working that day. She took her time to measure me, listened to my needs, gave me ample choices, and great advice.Christine is a true professional who sincerely cares for her customers; this is obvious. I ended up purchasing 4 bras, and all are custom fitted for my needs. Bottom line: I will continue shopping with Christine at Soma here and greatly appreciate her superb customer service.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to Tanya, the manager of palmetto moon. My teenager and I were frantically running around Mayfair looking for some cute outfits for my daugher for her new job. All of the stores that said they were open until 8 PM closed earlier except for Palmetto moon. We arrived at the store just before 8 and it was like we had a private shopping party! Who knew they had great brands like Free People! Tanya was so helpful and we left there with some great pieces that my daughter absolutely loves! ❤️”
