“Amazing furniture and customer service! I looked high and low for a new couch/sectional after moving to Charlotte and was confronted with mediocre designs or astronomical prices. Just when I had almost consigned myself to paying double the cost to get what I was looking for, I stumbled across K&D. I met one of the owners and on a subsequent visit, met other thoughtful and patient staff. Everyone was so accommodating down to the delivery people.
Purchase: I landed on a newly designed sectional that can be reconfigured whenever I choose to move the pieces around. The fabric is easy to vacuum pet hair, but soft. The couches themselves are dense, sturdy and sit high which makes getting on and off a breeze. I love how wide the cushions are and the depth of the individual seats. For reference, the living is 16x16.
My son requested a beanbag which is also extremely dense and re-shapes easily. My daughter has an ottoman to hold her stuffed animals or to use as extra seating in her room. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price! Also, the turn around for having this custom furniture made was twice a fast over other retailers. Extremely happy with our purchases ✨”

“Love this store! It was very neat and well kept , We went to the one inside concord mills mall , this place has the best deals and really good place to come to if your looking for affordable items . They have cute little toys and accessories for kids and adults and just about anything from clothing, travel essentials, home goods , etc nice things for a very low cost.”

“The store is always clean, well stocked with a lot of good deals. High quality bedding, household items, and I love the bath and cosmetic section. This location does a great job. Not to forsake their extremely unique and delicious snacks. I don’t typically go in that area, but the snack aisle is surreal. “If you are looking for a hunter experience, this is the place to go. This is a huge store that covers all categories, home goods, clothing, luggage, and some food items. The clothing is generally messy, but there are many great finds mixed in.”
“This Burlington coat factory is located in the Wftib ridge complex near the Super target. Ots usually better maintained than the one in Concord Mills and f8nnsing parking is never a problem.”

“I do a lot of relief work and I do travel with a bookbag that holds my things for work. I just got off a shift and realized I needed to get change for the bus. I saw the dollar tree and was relieved. Upon walking up i saw the no bookbag sign on the door. From experience ive had ppl give ne a hard time about having the bookbag even when im going right to customer service. I sheepishly walked in taking my bag off my shoulders and asked the cashier if it was okay I left my bookbag up front. I just needed to get one thing to break change for the bus. The gentleman was super nice and told me to leave my bookbag on a shelf while I got what I needed. Even during check out he was super nice to me. Im sorry I cant remember you're name. But you were amazing.”

“Me and my Outreach team from Elevation Church in Concord shopped here a few days ago for prizes for Bingo at Coltrane Life Center. We came in with an idea of what we wanted & ended up with 2 carts & 1 hand basket for items we didn't know we wanted. We shopped for large print puzzles, word search books, journals, magnets, & many cups b/c they were on sale. We got garden supplies of all sorts, printed canvases and valentine items. We also picked up ink pens & colored markers that we attached to each canvas & books. We topped our haul with themed socks & gifts for our special gentlemen. Janet was our sales associate and she was very quick ringing each item but patient with us adding items to the counter while ensuring we had what we needed. We left feeling accomplished spending North of $150. Our haul was worth it especially watching the guest at Bingo smile while taking their time choosing their favorite prizes. We'll certainly be back & we'll be looking for more printed canvases for painting, ball caps & bucket hats for our gentlemen. Thank you Dollar Tree & Janet for putting smiles onour hearts!”

“I had such an amazing experience at Roses on April 6, 2026 From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman who kindly asked how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. I’ll be honest—I was a little surprised, because at this location it’s usually hard to find an associate when you need one. But it didn’t stop there. As I continued shopping, two more gentlemen approached me separately with the same level of kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Each one greeted me warmly and made sure I was finding everything okay. That level of consistent customer service truly stood out. I especially want to acknowledge these young men. As African American men, they are often unfairly stereotyped—but today, they represented excellence, professionalism, and pride in their work. It genuinely warmed my heart and made me proud. Their presence and energy made a lasting impression on me. Before leaving, I was so moved that I asked one of them if I could take a photo with him. I also asked to speak with the manager so I could personally share what I experienced. While waiting, I encountered a young lady who was just as professional. She kindly checked in with me and said, “Ma’am, once you’re ready to check out, just let me know.” That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Customer service like this goes a long way, and today this team went above and beyond. Roses, please recognize these employees—they are doing an outstanding job and truly make a difference. I will definitely be back!”

“I had a very pleasant interaction with the new manager. Please customers don't ruin it for her. Help clean up and keep your kids under control when shopping. The store was very clean and organized. Shelves were empty due to couponers such as myself stocking up. Once they get their truck shelves should be stocked again. Just ask when it comes in and be there early.”

“This location can get super busy on the weekends. But they do their best ti get people checked out as fast as possible. The Assistant Manager was super helpful and so sweet to go out of her way to help me. The fitting room was clean and associates on the floor were busting their butts to clean up messes customers make.”

“The store feels a cluttered and a little unorganized. The managers are always working hard, from what I notice. The merchandise shipments are probably arriving too soon, before the prior shipment, is stocked on the shelfs.
An overnight team to come in and help them, with a fresh a fresh start, may be helpful. This is just a suggestion. I will continue to shop there, either way because the staff are friendly.”
“I always have a pleasant experience when I shop at this particular Dollar Tree. Last Thursday night I popped in to purchase some balloons for my daughter‘s birthday. The store was about to close in like four minutes when I ran through the door. The gentleman that helped me name is Demetrious. He was very nice. He didn’t seem to have an attitude about me coming in at the last minute and I purchashing 20 balloons that he had to blow up for me. The manager was equally as nice and she rang up my order while Demetrius prepared the balloons. They had professional and upbeat attitudes, although I’m sure they experienced a long day of retail. I really appreciate the great customer service. Demetrius went the extra mile and helped me with all of my balloons by walking me to my car so that I could get the balloons inside without any fly aways. I never see this type of customer service nowadays anymore. The pink balloons sealed the deal for my daughter’s birthday because they match her apartment perfectly.”
