We would have had to wait until the next day for our parts to get delivered to the store. Heavily relying on my vehicle to do what needed to be taken care of, he took time out of his day to go get my parts personally & had my car ready by the end of close. “Mark provided a fantastic first time customer experience. I heard a terrible grating sound from my rear wheels. They got me in quickly, identified the issue, and resolved it. A rock from my gravel driveway was wedged against the rotor and could only be dislodged by removing the tire and getting behind the dust shield. Glad it was a simple fix! What really won me over was they did this for NO CHARGE, just the good faith request that the next time I need my vehicle serviced I'd come to Action Auto. Very classy. I'll see them next time!”

“It may be hard for me to top the glowing reviews of the team at EuroEnvy but I'm going to try! I have a '12 M3 that I periodically take to the track and on the way to a local shop to have the oil changed and brake fluid flushed before leaving town the check engine light came on and my car went into limp mode. I was fearing the worst, and after 1.5 days the local shop didn't make progress. EuroEnvy to the rescue.
EuroEnvy had been recommended to me and I called and explained my predicament. While no promises were made, I was given some hope that they would accept my car first thing in the morning and see if they could help. I rearranged some things, retrieved my car, and drove it to EuroEnvy arriving later that day to drop it off in case that would help the time crunch. Several of the team were in the office and as I began to describe everything in detail it was soon clear that I was talking to people who not only were extremely knowledgeable but also caring. They listened! At a BMW repair shop! Even asked me questions and documented my answers in detail!
I left the car and the office with a feeling that I had found people I could trust, who understood the entire situation, and might be able to pull off a miracle and help me out. Things only got better from there. I received a detailed diagnosis and recommendations in writing that same day! I was able to approve the work from my phone and Shannon stayed in contact regarding progress as it unfolded in the morning. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, and several shortcomings from work done elsewhere were found and corrected. The car was meaningfully test driven to ensure all was well and I was off to my track day which was a total success. Just as important is that I found incredible people at EuroEnvy - honest, extremely skilled, fair, trustworthy.
Thank you Shannon, Tom, Ben, and team! I would give even more stars if I could because you deserve it. I only wish I had found you earlier and will be telling everyone I know with a BMW or Mini about my experience!”

“I had my 3/4 ton Suburban in for a transmission rebuild almost 5 years ago now. It's a 4L80E and was slipping badly. They had the truck about 3 weeks I think but told me the repair kit was "beefed up" and to this day it shifts a little hard into 2nd gear. Not that I mind it shifting hard. The transmission has worked flawlessly since! It even cost a little less than they quoted me in the end.”

“I loved the atmosphere when I walked through their door-Christian music playing, books written by Christian authors on the table in the waiting area, snacks while you wait, and a pleasantly clean bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Although I had to wait about 24 hours before my car was ready-parts had to be ordered and replaced-car is almost 20 years old-they shuttled me back and forth and I met the mechanic that worked on my car. His name is Jacob. Jacob was busy but he took the to go over everything. I will be back!”
