“Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.”

If it weren’t for the expertise of the staff at the Hobby Shop it would have been a snowball of problems! I was tactfully guided on what would be important to getting my car serviced to include the priority of maintenance needed in order to fix my issues. Yes! Other issues! Thank you Team! It could have been worse.”
