“Went to Gene's audio in October just to get a backup camera. Then I saw a subwoofer that matched perfectly with my stereo system. Told them to go ahead and install. When I came back to my surprise, they had switched out the 8-in subwoofer for an 11-in subwoofer and read my mind for about the same price. He knew I wanted the bass but knew I was limited on funds so he gave me a really good deal on 11-in subwoofer. Plus it wouldn't work where I originally wanted it under the back seat and He switched to the tire well. A gene has been in the business for a long time and is very knowledgeable about all his products. His staff is just as knowledgeable and they're all just as friendly as they can be. I couldn't be happier with my installation or my experience with Genes audio. I've had five cars done by Gene, all car audio. Except for one radio failure. I have never had any of his work go bad. And when I had an issue even though it was 1 year old he fixed it at no charge.”
