“As I was traveling to see family near Hendersonville, my truck began to shudder and shake coming up I-26 after crossing over the Green River Gorge. I was able to make it to my destination on hopes and prayers but dared not move it another mile.
After doing some online research, I called Coggins. They recommended a few tow companies, I selected Hendersonville Towing who were also great to work with, and had the truck towed to their shop. Mind you I live in the eastern part of NC and had to rent a vehicle to get home.
Coggins kept me updated on the issue and the work being done. New transmission and 1200 miles later, I can't be more satisfied. Top notch company to work with in my opinion and thanks for assisting an ol fella from eastern NC get back on the road.”

“My wife and I just picked up our new 2025 Gold Wing yesterday. John, Courtney, Jesse and Terry are great caring people who really know there stuff. It was a little bit of a drive to get there but well worth it. Not your typical corporate Honda dealer. They are a family owned business since 1959. My first visit to them was back in the 90's. They have all the great Gold Wing accessories and can have them installed before you pick up your bike. Now's a great time to call them. Their warehouse is full of new bikes and they made us a super deal. Call and ask for John in sales.

“First aid did a great job with my Ford Maverick after some front end damage. They were super friendly and took lots of time to explain the process and answer questions that I had. I got the car back clean and nearly brand new. I hope I don’t need first aid collision in the future, but I would absolutely use them again.”
“Lifesaver! Yesterday (Saturday) higher up the mountain my tire started going flat. I pulled in hoping to find air to get me in to Hendo. No auto/tire service open but a friendly woman staffing the store pulled out a Plug-in air pump from her own car and made sure my tire was fully inflated before she would let me touch a thing. And she repeatedly refused the cash I tried to give her! I’ve driven by this place dozens of times. But now I will stop and shop!”
“After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.”
“Dave and his staff always do an amazing job taking care of one of the most annoying and hard to repair problems with cars. I will gladly take on just about any automotive repair from brakes to engine work, even electrical. Water leaks however? Nope. “I have used the mechanics here about three times. I chose them because they were close to where I lived and they have been there for approximately 50 years or something like that. I have never had any issue. They always call me before they do any work to give me a price and tell me what's going on. They seem to to get the repairs done relatively quickly and I can't really complain about the price. I think they're in line with everybody else and maybe a little cheaper than some. No complaints. Will certainly use them again.”
