Furniture Stores in Hendersonville, NC

“I ordered a mattress during Engineered Sleep’s busiest season. They sent me an email explaining that they were swamped and my mattress might be delayed in shipping a few days, but if I had a hard deadline to email them back and they would see what they could do. I emailed back to say that I ordered this mattress because I’d realized my old one was contributing to my chronic pain. I’d been able to sleep on grandmother’s (much firmer) mattress while I waited for my new one to arrive because she was out of town, and I was hoping my new mattress would be here not too much longer after she got back. They emailed me back and said they would do the best they could to get it out as soon as they could. My new mattress arrived the day my grandma got back into town, and I was able to get it set up and sleep on it that night. My new mattress (the extra firm classic hybrid) has significantly helped with my chronic pain, and I’m very grateful to Engineered Sleep for putting a rush on my order so I wouldn’t have to go back to sleeping in pain. I can’t recommend this company and their products enough.”

“Brenda goes above and beyond in every measure. We loved working with her as she was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. We were able try all the models and knew exactly what we wanted when we went to order. We have had our futon for a few weeks now and are in love! Thank you so much for helping us find our match!”

“Read the great reviews and decided it was the store for me to visit. So glad I did! Adam was a great help. I'm really looking forward to getting my new mattress and adjustable frame.”

“A great local find for quality and value, with open hours for working people! Refreshing in this age of big box store competition.
Steve is quite knowledgeable with a long history in the mattress industry, and was able to educate me without any sales pressure. He patiently answered all my questions on multiple visits while I weighed my options.
To work with him as the owner gave me confidence that his ethics and customer care is genuine now and for the long run.”

“Great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a really nice selection of furniture to choose from. Everything felt well organized and welcoming — definitely worth a visit if you’re shopping for quality pieces in the area.”

“Beautiful gallery with a wonderful mix of local and regional art. The staff is friendly. The selection is impressive — from paintings and pottery to handcrafted furniture and jewelry. A true star in downtown Hendersonville and a must visit for anyone who appreciates fine craftsmanship and creativity.”

“High Country Furniture in Hendersonville has a great selection of household furniture along with accessories such as lamps. pictures, mirrors and the like. The staff has always been very courteous and professional in their assistance.
We had a hand crafted dresser delivered today by two very friendly, young men, Nathaniel and Joey. They called before arrival to insure a delivery time and were punctual. I would highly recommend High Country Furniture.”

“Shopped here after a place we bought from prior, great decision! In-town shop with very reasonable prices, and willing to do a little work to meet our needs. Richie was awesome! Delivery time is long but not Brunson's fault, not a prob for us.”

“I highly recommend Michaelian Home for your rug and soft furnishing needs. I had a great customer experience.I showed up in person (you can easily order online, but I wanted to see things directly), and the owner very kindly assisted me.The owner and staff are very experienced, and they had just the rug I needed. My snap does not do the red and black rag rug justice. It is deeper and richer in tone in person, but the red pops when I take a picture. My tiny home is already MUCH cozier after two hours with this rug in the front room.I am going to look at the soft goods in the future - the tea towels are very nice.”

“There are plenty of furniture consignment stores, and then there’s Feather Your Nest. A thoughtfully curated shop with everything from beautiful furniture to kitchen pieces, pillows, lamps and rugs.

Betty, the owner, truly understands value and works hard to get the best return for consignors, which is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve both sold items through her and found wonderful pieces for my own home.

If you appreciate quality and well-chosen pieces, this is absolutely worth a visit, even if it's just to take time wandering and looking at how she's designed her space.”
