“Let me start by saying I have come in to this location and shipped many items to many places and they have always done a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the most recent time there were some packing errors and the items I dropped off to ship did not make it to the receiver in good condition. This caused an unfortunate chain of events between me and the buyer that bought the item. When I came in to discuss the incident I got to meet with Kyle (owner) and Tim (Manager). Kyle and Tim went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right due to the unfortunate packing error. Listen, we are all humans and we all make mistakes. I don't want this review to ever discourage anyone from coming in to do business here. This is a wonderful shop that stands by their work. They proved that to me. I can honestly say the world needs more humans like Kyle and Tim and we need more businesses like this one. If you need something packed and shipped, go here. If you need a mailbox rental, go here. If you have a little girl who loves toys (like I do), go here and buy her a toy. Support local businesses and ABSOLUTELY support this local business. I know that I will!”

Her ability to find options, solutions, and answers to my questions gave me full confidence that my project would be handled timely, properly, and with care. Madi was extremely professional, courteous, and kind, and managed my project with ease and efficiency. The facility was clean and organized. Whether you are already downtown or are thinking about coming into town, there appeared to be many pay-to-park parking spots available close by at the time as well as free parking farther away. Based on my positive experience, I would work with Madi and Printville Hendersonville, NC again, and I highly recommend.”

Since I prepaid, it was completely easy - the store associate got my item, scanned it as “picked up”, and I got a thirty percent off coupon in my email! Staples has helped me in the past with copies and faxes. I didn’t look around, since I had a lot of errands to run, but I’ve found some great deals on clearance at the back of the store! They’re always friendly and helpful!”
