Staples in Hendersonville serves the community with printing, shipping, technology, and other essential services. The store experiences significant customer traffic for both regular shopping and Amazon returns, which can lead to long waits and lines, with one customer reporting a wait of over 20 minutes. Staffing levels are sometimes a concern, with instances of only one person managing Amazon returns, checkout, and tech support simultaneously. Customer service experiences vary widely. Several associates receive high praise for being helpful, efficient, informative, and awesome, multitasking like pros with a smile despite being busy. However, other interactions are described negatively, with reports of a manager being rude to both customers and employees, acting as if customers do not matter. The Amazon return process specifically is called a joke by one reviewer, citing a lack of priority and being blown off. A past issue with a powerful smell of weed in the store was noted, though it has since been resolved. The store provides a vital service, but operational challenges and inconsistent customer service lead to strong reactions, with some customers vowing never to return while others appreciate the helpful staff.

Your store smells like pot. Straight up skunk weed the moment you hit the door. Not a one off situation either. EVERY TIME I have went in for the past several months it has stunk. Maybe have your employees leave a change of clothes at work so they don't make your whole store smell. 🤷♀️ Just a suggestion.
