“The staff are always very courteous, very kind and eager to help. Any questions I have are answered very professionally. I love working with them and having a safe place to store by belongings.”
“As a Business Professional that moves a lot, this is a team you want to help for one main reason…. They care! From prompt arrival throughout the journey, they will take away your anxiety - trust this, as I lived in Jacksonville, FL when Two Men and a Truck started! Can’t recommend enough - thanks guys! You are on your way!!!”
“Awesome service! Keely did such an amazing job getting us set in. And giving us great prices on different size units until we found the right fit for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!”
“Very friendly staff that articulated clearly the details of the space, pricing and rules of storing my items. I was also pointed in the direction of deals and savings which is a breathe of fresh air compared to other companies solely focusing on profits. Great business model to retain customers.”
“Steve Brown is the best, hes Honest Dependable and a great man to do business with. We appreciate you and Your lovely wife for what you bring to our Bethlehem community..”
“Excellent experience. Called to see hours one day while out driving in the area. Man answered & said they had closed several hours ago, but that he was coming from one store to this location & offered to meet us. Sale went smoothly & delivery was great. Our delivery person did a great job… kudos to him for setting up a 10’ x 16’ shed like this by himself… I wish I knew his name. Thanks again !!”

“I have used this storage facility a couple times in the recent years. It's a great place for storage and it's a gated facility. The closing time is a little early for me as I have found I needed access to my things in the evening when they are closed but that's just me, otherwise great place!”

“I had an experience at hickory east storage when i.was helping my aunt in her storage unit.. normally I don't even write any kind of review but Sasha is the girl who was working that day and she left.such a good impression on me that I just wanted to mention it.. she is definitely a big part of keeping tennants for the long term...”
“I've rented space here for years. The property is well maintained, convenient for deliveries and recently had security cameras installed. I would recommend them to anyone needing off site storage in the area.”
“The lady that's over the storage unit. Always answers the telephone when I call to at my bill. Very nice. I'm on and off the telephone. In a short amount of time. Thanks! Darrin Moore”
“The people that work there locally have always been wonderful, corporate, not so much.. The welcome package was a very thoughtful and unexpected touch but the continued raising of the rate soured my experience.”
“Affordable has done 4 moves for me now and I love them. Gotten different crews for each move, and they are all great. Roland and April take great care of you. Justin and Smokie are so experienced and fast. I would not hesitate to hire them again and again. The moving industry is full of shifty folks, but not Affordable. They are just good people. Tip your movers well.”
