Employees were friendly. Access and navigating the location is great. Someone with poor judgment greased the ramp causing a mess on your hands by surprise when you pull it out. Never saw that before and I’ve rented many U-Haul trucks.everything else was great.

Well there was some things broke but other than that it was a good truck AC was good I didn't check the heat but there was a broken window and a light bulb went out but that's typical other than that it was a good vehicle it was a good truck I will run again from you all
