“I just got signed up with Verizon. I was with Carolina West for 12 years and I was stressing so bad about all the unknowns and learning new stuff. I’m 67 and retired and absolutely dreaded switching! But I want you all to know how “Awesome “ your employee, Dalton was and put me at ease right from the start and I just couldn’t understand eye was so nice & pleasant…..even after my many many questions! I am sure he went far above his calling. I worked with retail all my years of working and so many people/customers complained and I said when I get to that stage of my life, don’t forget those customer service people and how their help/info/positive attitude/cheerfulness & pleasant calmness just filled my stressful heart and mind! NO Regrets on switching to Verizon and I will tell ALL how great of an experience I had and the prices very comparable…Thank you!!”

“I’d highly recommend bringing your devices here they know what they’re doing and they don’t halfass their work. My phone was completely destroyed and Ben (employee who helped me) repaired it for me all good as new!”

“Josefina was so very helpful! Their system was down and we ended up coming back the next day. The system was down again upon arriving. She went above and beyond to put us in contact with the right people to be able to accomplish our goal. Give this lady a raise!”

“Got thier wifi. I've had it for about a month. At first it was fine. Last few weeks I've had a lot of buffering. And I'm the only one using it at the time. When I'm on Netflix trying to watch a movie and it stops for buffering it gets aggravating.”

“I was switching over from my old carrier and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Emmy took everything very quickly and now I’m paying half of what I was paying with my old carrier per month. Thanks!”

“Brent and Ben were awesome! My husband and I are not very techy so we were worried how this transaction was going to be switching carriers and upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro. The transition went very smoothly and the price was great too! Definitely would recommend coming here…. The additional Sam’s perks were icing on the cake! Thank you! Kathy and Frank”

“Tevin has gone above and beyond to make sure my sister and I can go back to work. Without the phones and contracts he gave us a good rate on, I wouldn’t be at home without a way to work. Unfortunately I have to use door dash for the time being. He is truly an incredible person, and representative for cricket. It was a blessing to meet him, and come into the store he is located.”

“Have had service for 18 years and 95 percent has been great. The only 2 things I do not like is the policy changed making each phone (on same account) must be paid on same date. Never received credit for 8 days left over on one line when policy changed. Also think it is terrible policy to charge your customers a $5 fee if they pay their bill in store. Recently I was unable to pay bill by dialing 611 because I got message saying "cellular service not available". I use my phone throughout the day, everyday, and I had to take time out of work to go to the physical store to pay bill and then charged $5 for paying in store. Terrible way to treat customers in my opinion.”

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Nathan!”

“Visited this Starbucks on my way out of Target today. This location every time I come is so packed, and I realized today it very well could be the staffs fault. Only two women working at the time, one with cute green hair was sweet and did awesome. I wasn't exactly put off by the extra 2 minutes it took to get my bagged pastry and tall frappe, but as I sat there waiting for my husband with my three kids patiently I started to notice the same girl who was just chatting with a friend, who clearly stopped by, she didn't seem very concerned about leaving her coworker alone and shaking her responsibilities as MANY very patient customers flowed through. Credit to our green haired barista, I did enjoy our visit, just thought she should be called out lol”

“It's bestbuy, something's are cheap and some not so much considering you can get things online cheaper. They have improved on getting people discounts and price drops and certain offers that can suck in customers, and service seems to be good, just plan on being broke if you come here, especially if you are with a spouse.....”

“Every single individual I interacted with was genuinely kind and willing to help. Patrick specifically is the bees knees. He was able to upgrade my outdated phone and didnt break the bank in doing so. I will guaranteed drive an hour any time I need to visit a Verizon store for this level of customer service. Because Lord knows its hard finding competency and kindness in the world nowadays.”
