“My daughter just moved in to Wendover River Oaks, and she took me on a tour of the property. We went into the leasing office and I met the leasing staff Andrea and Drew. The property itself is nice and well kept. I was very pleased with the condition of the apt. The move in packet was extremely well thought out, and they even got a welcome home gift. The leasing office is recently updated and gives a very welcoming, relaxing feel. The staff greeted us with the warmest smiles and attention. My daughter had nothing but great things to say about Andrea and I was able to confirm those sentiments when I meet her and Drew. They were so warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about any questions we had. I would recommend 10/10 for your next home.”

“It’s a prime location to live cause it’s close to restaurants, shopping centers, airport, interstates and my job. The staff is courteous and friendly. We have an awesome maintenance team if l put in a request in a timely manner it’s fixed the same day!!! I live in a one bedroom unit it’s very spacious. I have a pantry in my kitchen, a linen closet in my bathroom, spacious laundry room and a spacious walk-in closet. My prayer is that l can stay here until l purchase a home.”

“Deep River Pointe has been so good to me ever since i’ve moved in a few months ago. they update you on renovations & anything you should be aware of! everyone has been so nice to me and it’s such a peaceful area. i have never been so comfortable before. they will always be their if you need anything or have any questions. definitely an area you would love to call your home. the staff are so so sweet as well!”
