“They come to your home! Yahniya and LJ gave me great customer service. They came to my house to set up my phone, watch and Wi Fi. I had to have the gateway sent to me, and Yahniya texted me to make sure I got it and to set up an appointment. “I had the best experience today at this specific Verizon location and it was all with the help of Katie! She was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as very courteous during my visit today. All staff were very welcoming and friendly but my direct interaction was with her and she was awesome! Definitely recommend this store and if for some reason you don't get her, again, the entire staff was great!”

They didn’t rush me and actually took the time to explain the different plans and devices, which made it easier to decide. The store itself was clean and organized, so finding what I needed was simple. Prices seemed fair, and they had a decent selection of phones and accessories. I ended up leaving with a new case and a screen protector, and the checkout was quick. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d probably stop by again if I need anything else for my phone.”
