Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. The staff is great from the management on down I would recommend this place to a friend or family any random person and even my enemy if they want to get the best quality car part around.”
“It's a rainy day today and just went out to check the wheel wale. "I'm sorry to say, but there is water coming in from the light panel that was replaced at the rear driver's side of my car. Melissa Abernethy, the staff and techs at East Parris Gerber Collision, High Point, responded so quickly to my concerns it was Amazing. They met me in the parking lot as soon as I drove in. My car was whisked away and in 30 minutes I was ushered back to witness a water test live to show that the leak had been corrected. Gerber, I'm still a believer in you, that I can get my vehicle repairs done right and on time. Thank you!”

“Called had an issue with an air leak. I trouble shooted the truck. Felt it was Landstars trailer. It was not. Then thought it was either the foot valve or the tractor protection valve. It was not. Whites then trouble checked it. Charged me three ours labor found the valve in the dash was bad. I appreciate them finding the problem. But their labor rate is 200.per hour. That is absolutely crazy. If you go to their shop be prepared to get ripped off. They do good work and are very nice people but over priced. They were so nice that I could not get mad.”
“I have been buying auto parts and tools from the Genuine Parts Company Depot (NAPA) at Gallimore Dairy Road for several years. It has always been an excellent experience.
Because the Gallimore Dairy Road location is a distribution depot (warehouse), they have parts in stock for immediate purchase that the other chains take a day or more to have available. And parts come down to the parts counter from the warehouse in a matter of minutes.
The prices are often better than the prices at the competing three auto parts chain stores, and their prices for oils and supplies are often competitive with Walmart.
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unlike the big three auto parts chain stores, the staff at Genuine Parts Company/NAPA know the difference between a carburetor and a crescent wrench, and it is nice to buy from folks that know what they are talking about.
They also value their customers, and they demonstrate that philosophy through their actions.”
