“Needed a battery for my wife’s vw atlas, autozone said they couldn’t do it so I took it to advance auto and Tyler took care of it for me and saved me a trip to Greensboro to the vw dealership.
2 weeks later my car battery dies so I headed right up to advance auto and Randolph, who I think is the GM, got me set up with a new battery within 15 minutes.

“Doug was such a great help, I went to a different O’Reilly to get a brake light for my vehicle and it was the wrong one. I brought it to this one and was able to swap it out for the right one and was asked if I needed help. Doug was an amazing help, if anyone knows about Kia Sorento’s, you’ll know that the whole entire tail light has to be taken off. He grabbed tools to remove the tail light and switched both bulbs out for me. He even apologized for having me out in the cold, but I was more than thankful to stand there and have his help. I wouldn’t have been able to replace them myself, so another BIG thank you to Doug!”
