“I dropped a Cross off for buffing, straightening and Gold plating. The Cross looks 100 percent different. I was completely amazed at the work this Jeweler can do. I dropped my two tennis rackets that I have on my Gold chain for Re-Plating. When I saw the Cross, I wanted the Tennis Rackets done also. These guys at Crystal are Professionals and it shows in their work. Buy, bring your jewelry here for re-plating. You will be completely satisfied with their work.”

I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”
