I was first greeted by an older gentlemen, and he told me there would be about a 30 minute wait. What i observed in this wait was the 2 young people which names i mentioned in the beginning was doing exceptional work, the older black male seemed to be frustrated but that shouldn’t affect work as he is in customer service. I’m a tempered youngin myself so if I feel/sense tension i don’t want to deal with someone because we might go back and forth with heated words and it’s not worth it so i try and advoid those situations. Those 2 young ppl however deserve a raise, promotion and everything else they desire. Awesome fast/friendly service from them 2.”
