265 Eastchester Dr #130, High PointI recently went to the store and was unable to find a specific brand that I was looking for, Knowing previously, I had purchased the same product from this location, Instead of being met with frustration, anger, or the unwillingness to simply help. A staff member/Associate immediately came to the front and guided me to the product I was looking for. Then after, a few days later. I went to the store for crickets as I usually do to feed my leopard geckos. I purchased the crickets then went to my car put the crickets in the car. From there immediately went to Harris Teeter for a couple items that I needed within that small window of Maybe five minutes. The crickets I just paid for were already dead. Most likely due to my own negligence (as it was quite hot outside) even with the windows partially down. I went inside and told the manager what had happened, not asking or looking for any handouts, a simple smile and understanding lead to being resupplied with another load of crickets and told to keep the change. 10/10 staff and store.

I rarely leave reviews, but after I purchased two reptile enclosures for my two ball pythons, which were 2 x 4 x 2 I was so impressed. I felt motivated to share my experience. Everything came boxed meticulously with insulation around everything and pull off sheets applied to all panels and glass doors, but the best thing about these enclosures are the absolute ease of putting them together.. I am a 70 year-old female and I did this alone in about 30 minutes. Every part fit together perfectly and was extremely simplified in every way. I bought the base also with rollers and sliding doors which allowed me to move these enclosures around as I was getting all the accessories Inside and it is also an excellent place for storage. I purchased the mats that go on the top of the wireless enclosures because my ball pythons need the humidity. The mats are heavy duty and lay down wonderfully. The other thing I purchased was spacers so that I could put both enclosures on top of each other. They also have available a closed and sliding door middle piece for more storage.I also purchased 80 W radiant heat panels to attach to the top along with the automatic day to evening lighting These are all wonderful well built And designed products. I did have one question and I received replies within minutes from the company with answers. Everyone was so very kind to make sure that I was set up perfectly. I also had called the company several times prior to my purchase with questions about the different products and I always received timely replies with a lot of good information. Both my ball pythons grew for the first year in small cages and they are very happy exploring their beautiful new forever homes. I can’t say enough to highly recommend this company and all their products. I am very happy with my purchase.

Today was my Fur Baby Bella 1st appointment, Bella was so nervous and scared. They rolled out the RED CARPET, made Bella so comfortable, walked her through the location, meeting staff and getting acclimated to the facility like a doggy day spa, within minutes she was her normal Happy tail wagging cutie. Her cut was exactly what I have requested and Bella was still happy and tail wagging. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to making the next appointment.

Our old dog had a bad experience getting her nails clipped years ago and she hates the entire experience. But with this heat, her nails weren’t kept filed down by sidewalks and asphalt. I texted Lauren who responded immediately and scheduled an appointment. We found her kind, responsive, quick, professional, and warm. Even my dog was happy. I highly recommend Wagamuffins.

The atomsphere was great with a medium noise level. I was immediately greeted and drink order was taken. I ordered a double cheese burger with bacon and fries. The food came out quick and the burger was great but the fries were a tad on the cold side. Still a great place for lunch in High Point.

1234 N Main St, High PointCame here with my Husband, Sister, and Brother-in-Law last weekend while waiting for dinner next door and we were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and how friendly everyone that worked there was. The location was a bit small, and I do wish they had just a few more drink options - but everything else was very nice.
Staff immediately greeted us and made conversation with us while we chose our drinks - he also gladly gave us a few sample sips so we could better decide what we wanted. Very friendly people all around.
They were preparing for a band to play that evening, who unfortunately had to setup inside to avoid all of the wet from the rain so it did make things a bit hard to hear and a little more cramped when we came back after dinner, but I know there's only so much you can do in those situations. I'm still very happy with the service we got while there and will gladly be back - hopefully soon. Definitely recommend for a simple night out - right next to a delicious BBQ joint so you don't have to go far at all! Everything you need is right there :)
(The one missing star is for the hopes that more drink options will be added over time - not service related at all!)
