I recently had a fantastic experience at Best 4K9 in Oak Ridge and just had to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a fantastic selection of high-quality products for pets.
What truly made the visit exceptional was the clerk who was working.
Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, assisting me with everything from sizing a harness to finding the perfect raw food for my dog. Their product knowledge was impressive, and they were able to provide great recommendations tailored to my pet's needs.
I was particularly happy to see their selection of quick-fit harnesses. They are not only well-fitted and ergonomic but also very reasonably priced, which is a huge plus. I also appreciated the solid pricing on raw food and the charming selection of well-priced wooden dog toys.
Overall, Best 4K9 is a top-notch store with a staff that genuinely cares about animals and their owners. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pet products and expert, friendly service. We will definitely be back!

When people meet him, they are shocked by how cool, calm and collected he is for a pup! Craig has asked for updates about the puppy which is pleasing to see from a breeder. While Kai—now named Winston—wasn’t initially my preferred choice, I believe he’s finally coming into his own. After speaking with the manager, I felt heard and understood. She was communicative, receptive to my concerns, and even offered me the opportunity to switch to a different puppy.
However, after taking some time to reflect, I’ve decided to give Winston a chance. I’ve grown attached to him, and although he’s still learning and developing, I believe keeping him was ultimately the right decision.
Would I recommend Happy Tail Puppies? Yes, I would. If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to visit in person and spend time with the puppy you’re considering, if possible. Due to my schedule, I opted for the convenience of delivery, which worked out well for me. Looking back, though, meeting the puppy beforehand may have helped set expectations.
Overall, I would recommend purchasing a puppy from Happy Tail Puppies. Even when things didn’t go exactly as I expected, their team made a genuine effort to address my concerns and make things right. I respect and appreciate them for that, and I’m grateful for the support they provided throughout the process.
