“Great place to get anything you need. They always have what I'm looking for, and the staff are always so nice and helpful.Wide selection of anything you’re looking for. Very useful for lots of things that may not be very accessible in the mountains. Have come here four times in the last week for landscaping stuff and they have always had what I need.”

I had a dead sewer pump, called them, told Mike I had no experience with this sort of thing, and he was SUPER helpful and patient, had exactly what I needed, and helped me think through my approach. Great example of how an independent small business massively outperforming a big box (and having much higher quality pumps!). Thanks a million, Mike!
Edit at least a year later: I had a different plumbing issue, and they had the part I needed when no one else for miles around did. Again, super helpful. Great example of why small local retail joints need to get our business, rather than big boxes.”
“We had a piece of equipment reserved for one week......when we went to pick it up it wouldn't start! We waited close to an hour for the mechanic to arrive and get it running,
We got it to the jobsite only to find out the brakes didn't work. The reason I gave 4 stars is everyone working were super super nice people....and they did discount the rental price which was nice . I definitely would recommend doing business with any of their stores and other businesses”
“Always well stocked and they are always very helpful with my building needs. They have a great paint department. And straight lumber too. They have everything you need so you don't have to drive down the mountain. Just wish they were open on Saturday.”

“I would give 10 stars, if possible! I've been going to Highlands as a visitor, now a homeowner, for most of my life. I've NEVER met any friendlier, nicer, more eager to help people at any other store I've ever been in. My husband and I like to go in and look around and almost always find what we need and our renovation contractor uses Reeves multiple times weekly. Never had anything but a great experience. Just wish more businesses were like Reeves!”
