He took the time to help me find a part for my car and when he discovered that O’Reilly’s didn’t carry the other part for my car he suggested a salvage yard. This is a part that has been on back order from the dealer for 9 months. He was just so helpful. When I returned the next day to pick up my Catalytic Converter he carried it out to my car.
