“It was messy!!! The customer service was horrible!!! The cashier needs to be fired the way he treats customers. Wouldn't even speak to us. When I ask him to put some oils in a separate bag he look at me like I was stupid or crazy. I just shook my head.”

“Just left the dollar tree. And I must say they have very kind employees. I have literally watched a customer just now not even 15 minutes ago come in his bill was like 5 bucks he didn’t have the monies for his purchase and the employee took out his card and paid for it for him. GOD BLESS HUS SOUL! we need more kind people in this world I don’t remember the employees bame but he’s a man at cash register 4. Would like to add he did not embarrass the customer he gladly took out his own personal card and paid. There are still good people in this world”
“I was very pleased by the employees at this store. I have recently experienced some rude employee at the DG in Willow Springs. I was greeted with a smile & welcome by Shelby. She had a name tag on, the register showed the prices, most importantly she was smiling and made every patron feel welcomed. I will drive the extra mile to shop there! Keep up the great work!!”

“Excellent location and very helpful staff! Seen some not so great locations in the past and this is a Good one?
Just be aware there is currently some construction site work next door and a few new apartment buildings in the works near by. Also, a newly constructed Circle K was just completed across the street which is really Nice as well. It is a bit congested at the rush hour time frames but most people are very considerate and allow you to get in and on your way so just try to be patient and it'll work out ?”
“I almost always find what I'm shopping for. It's a small store but lots of household goods to choose from. Always is a pleasure to shop there and the employees are usually very helpful and friendly.”

“Visited a week ago and the store was very messy- I was disappointed since this store is nearby and usually has whatever we are looking for. Went back last night and was happy things had been straightened up. I am guessing it's just a challenge to stock the shelves, keep them organized, check customers out, inflate balloons and mind the store when there are several customers rummaging through things and only 2 people working. I found the guys working there to be friendly and helpful.”
“They have raised their prices but I have to give them credit for making this location so much nicer than it used to be. I moved to the area back before the pandemic, and at that time the store was usually a mess, selling a whole lot of junk and questionable food brands I'd never heard of. Just went in today and the place was clean, much more organized, and there were many recognizable brands and useful items for sale.”
“I made a quick stop at DT for stocking stuffers. This location had great items, candy, chocolate, socks, gum, peanuts, etc. I really liked the options. Honestly, this is an affordable choice for a few quick items. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the store being a bit messy and many boxes in a lot of the isles. I realize they need to unpack inventory but sometimes it's difficult to get to items when the shelves are blocked. I assume sales would be higher with a tidy store and less boxes in the way, Just my opinion.”

“Nice store. Easy to find items. Employees were friendly. The refrigerator was broken so no cold items except drinks and butter. Maybe it'll be fixed soon but that was my only issue.”

“What a difference. I stopped going there because it was always closed and/or open but dirty. They had empty shelves and cluttered walk ways with employees who you either couldn’t find, when you did they had bad attitudes and were too busy with their phones to care. That was 2 months ago.I tried stopping in yesterday and it was 80 percent better in the store. Shelves have things on them. It was visibly cleaner BUT the attitude of the employees is 200 percent better. I was greeted at the door with a hello and smile. I needed help and got it (with a smile). It was so different, I had to ask. NEW management!! Finally, someone is listening. Yesterday, I meet Amanda (new manager) and Patricia; welcome to Fuquay and please don’t leave. These two were buzzing around the store stocking shelves and help customers and joking around again with such a positive attitude it was refreshing. Thank you and please don’t leave.”
