I’ve noticed several negative reviews that seem inconsistent with my experiences at this location, and I wonder if some may have been intended for a different location. He was so patient and professional in the process and was very skillful in trouble shooting the problems we encountered. I was at a total loss of what to do and he managed to help me complete the application successfully. Not many employees would have the patience and care he took to assist a customer with a service that is not normally offered in the store. If I was his supervisor, he would surely deserve a bonus! “Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly.
They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line.
Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.”
