“I must say this is a night and day experience to the one in Wake Forest. I went there first with the same exact questions and shipment that I had couldn’t get any good answers or understanding of the process
I came to this location with my package for business going to a specific area and time took care of me professionally
And the funny part is the pricing was better cause the other person almost doubled it!! same exact package same exact requirements. That shouldn’t be possible.”

I was going to ship two items that had two different QR return codes together but the employee let me know that they had to be shipped separately. “Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly.
They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line.
Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.”
