“I’ve never left a review but felt the need in hopes that it helps someone out in the future. I had an out of country trip coming up in 3 weeks and realized my passport had expired. I found online that custom postal helps with the passport expediting process. Kelly was extremely helpful and got me in touch with Paul who guided me through the process. Not to mention, this was a Sunday morning and both Kelly and Paul were willing to help. After filling out the proper paperwork and sending to Paul, my passport was in my mailbox that following Thursday. It may cost you a pretty penny but Kelly and Paul’s assistance was priceless since I’ll be able to join our family trip in a couple weeks.Hope this post helps someone who is as stressed out as I was.”

“Always friendly and efficient at this UPS store. I recently stopped by really needing a document notarized. It’s Christmas shopping time and I expected it was not going to happen because of the season. However I thought I would wait in line to see. When I got to the front of the line I was greeted by I believe the owner, Steve. I stated my need and he said “just can’t because it’s busy. He looked around and saw there was a brief lull in the flow of busy shoppers and said ok let’s do it.He gathered all the needed documentation, reviewed my documents, gathered the required number of witnesses and made it happen. Props for the detailed review of everything legally required and got me squared away with smooth efficiency.Steve even thought to ask if I needed copies, which I did but had not thought about that.Off to surgery with my AD in hand!Thank you Steve for taking that precious time to help me out.I always use this store for shipping. It’s so convenient to other shops too.Highly recommend using all of the services available here.”

“This is our go to store for shredding, shipping and lots of other things. Yesterday my husband wanted to surprise me with a cute gift that had our new dog on it. He said the staff were so helpful, efficient and fun. It turned out great. Caitlin even wrote me a cute card to say how much she enjoyed making the mousepad of Bunker. “Travel to Smithfield to visit friends. Had a box of stuff to ship home and stopped at this store 30 minutes before closing. They were very helpful and prompt. I gave them a box to ship and the taped it up in front of me and places a label. It was about $40 for 20lbs box and will arrive in 7 days.”

“I highly recommend this UPS store! I contacted the UPS store at 324 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC 27601 with an urgent printing and shipping request. I was calling from out of state and they communicated back with me via phone and email to make sure they understood what was needed. They (quickly!!) turned around the project - printing, collating, packaging, and shipping and got it delivered on time. Grateful for their dedication to great customer service and willingness to help!”
