Now this is how it’s done. After the disaster that was DSW, walking into Skechers felt like a breath of fresh air. Shelves fully stocked, every size imaginable, and an actual variety of styles—casual, sporty, work shoes, you name it.
The store was bright and organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Staff were friendly without hovering, and the prices were fair for the quality. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted within minutes.
In short: Skechers had what DSW didn’t—a huge selection and a sense that they actually care about keeping customers happy. Wish I could give it 6 stars”
“My son and I got new sneakers Sunday, September 3rd. We were greeted immediately. Selection was very good. The young man who was our cashier IS AWESOME!!!! He explained/asked if we wanted to give to the shoe charity that Rack Room partners with. When we said "yes" he seemed to really appreciate it. As someone who grew up in a low income household it is great to buy from a company that gives back. It is also great to see employees who actually care.”

“The guy that helped, REALLY helped us! He measured my daughters feet, scanned her on the machine, brought 6 pairs of shoes, and was educating us the entire time. My daughter is 12 years old and has pronation. Her ankles hurt, and walking long distances hurt her feet, ankles and lower back. She was sooooo happy with her pick! Plus! We got a 10% off our first purchase. This place is amazing! We walked out smiling! Thank you!!”
