“Went in for new boots, told the man what I was looking for and left with exactly what I needed. Service is always excellent with redwing. I spent about an hour trying different boots and insoles to make sure I got exactly what fits, even pulled out the widest boot available and turns out that's it.
Every pair of redwings I've owned have been the most durable and comfortable boots I can find. Expensive, but one pair every 3-5 years is better than a new pair every 6 months.”

“My son and I got new sneakers Sunday, September 3rd. We were greeted immediately. Selection was very good. The young man who was our cashier IS AWESOME!!!! He explained/asked if we wanted to give to the shoe charity that Rack Room partners with. When we said "yes" he seemed to really appreciate it.
