“I would like to specify mention Deena and Khalil for their customer service. My car died on me about half a mile up the road, the intersection of Camden and Hope Mills Rd. I had bought a battery from O'Reilly less than a year ago (different location) and I wanted to come in and file a warranty claim. However, every time I jumped started my car, it would die instantly, so I couldn't drive it to the store. I called and spoke to Deena and she said they need to test the old battery and if it's defective, they'll exchange it out. I told her I couldn't get my car over there and I don't have the tools to remove the battery. However, I do know how to do it myself. She said I can walk over there, borrow their tools, walk back to my car, take out my battery, and they'll test it. When I got to the store, Khalil offered to drive me. He drove me from the store to my car, took out the battery, drove me back to the store, tested the battery, it was defective, gave me a new one, drove me back to my car, and reinstalled it for me. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced at any auto parts store. During this entire time I was actually working (constructing), and because I was able to save so much time, I didn't have to cancel my appointment with my customer that I was heading to. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service and you have just earned a customer for life!”
