“Walmart unquestionably offers the lowest prices on most items. The Walmart in Hope Mills particularly impresses me, especially their produce section. They consistently provide fresh produce, including out-of-season items. Personally, I have found their home delivery service to be impeccable.”

“Such a great experience. We ended up going at the last minute. I was looking for one particular thing. I never saw crystals ..real geodes at the store. The pink amethyst had a price on it and one of the workers told me the price. I didn’t remember it. Ms. Terry asked what was going and told us not to worry about it and that she would figure it out. She took her time. There was no rush. When she came back she gave us an even better deal because of the troubles. She is such a kind and sweet lady. I’ll make sure to ask for her every time i shop there. Actually the best HomeGoods experience I’ve ever had. The cashier was also very nice and kind. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you so much ?”

“I was in a hurry to buy ink to print out my sermon and bought the wrong cartridge. Trying to exchange it, I learned that once it is opened it cannot be returned. Since I counted my last coins for this purchase, I waited over an hour for assistance from a company coach who had authority over the associates. While standing and waiting so long , I started feeling sick due to arthritis pain. Finally I was able to get satisfaction from Coach Terry. I prayed for God’s favor from man and he immediately answered my prayer. Kudos to associate Michelle and Candice for advocating my case when I was losing strength. Thank you to all”
“Line is always ridiculous, but the crazy part is no matter what everybody could have every single hanger off, every piece of clothing they'd still try to blame the line on the customer yelling at the same message.Have your payment ready and take the hangers off the shirts lol just hire 2 more people that's how this problem is fixed ?”

I’m a repeat customer at Walmart and shop there regularly, but I recently had an issue that was frustrating. I purchased ink cartridges for my printer about $72 worth only to realize I had the wrong ones. I returned the next day to exchange them and ended up getting the runaround at the store, which was disappointing.
Thankfully, I contacted the corporate office, and the representative I spoke with handled the situation professionally and worked it out. I went back the next day and the issue was resolved, but it did take two days total before I finally had the cartridges I needed to print.
I still value Walmart for the convenience and variety, but I hope in-store returns especially for simple exchanges can be handled more smoothly in the future. Corporate customer service stepped up, and I appreciate that.

“Grrrrrrreat!!! I went to have my regular oil change. My first time there, the service was a little longer than I was use to "But" I just looked at it as if the service person was doing more than usual on parts being checked. I did meet the service man that did my oil change, he was very social, professional and polite ??. Thank you sir!!! I appreciate you and your work!!! O' I don't want to forget... the price was extremely reasonable. So, with all of this being said, I'll probably be going back for all of my oil changes or car services that the Fayetteville NC Super Center Walmart does ?. A pleased customer ?.”
