“I'm not from here and needed major help. I got my car repaired and they told me I needed a new donut. Nelson went above and beyond. I was running all over town trying to find a spare tire. He looked up one to order but no luck. The internet crashed and he went to the office to continue his search with still no luck. He came out to look at the actual tire, did an inspection to see my tire was actually just fine! I needed to write a review because he was so kind when I was a nervous wreck over something that was not even an issue. He went out of his way to really help me out and I'll be sure to recommend my family that lives out here to this place. Thanks again, Nelson You're a true angel!”

“I had heard good things about Tire Master so when I got a flat tire, I knew whom to call. They got me in right away, confirmed it was not fixable, and ordered a replacement. I went back later in the day, the new tire was already mounted and ready to go, and they swapped out the donut spare for the new tire. By afternoon it was all done. They didn't have my size tire in stock, 24.5, but Audrey (very kind lady at the desk) lent me their shop truck to go get my spare tire from home. “I work in propane delivery. It is very important that my tires be up to DOT standards. My boss sent me over for 4 rear tires needing replacement. No sooner then I walked in and said what I needed did they have me backing my truck into the garage and immediately started putting the new tires on. Not only will I be able to run my route when I was prepared to lose the whole day but the people that depend on propane for heating and keeping their homes running normally will not have to wait longer for the potential delay this could have caused.”

“Just to be clear, I do not write reviews often and I only put stuff on the internet publicly if I believe it is worth sharing. My experience at North Main has been fantastic. I value honesty, integrity, and beneficence, which is what I have been given here. They provided a warm and welcoming environment. The service I received was completed in a very timely manner. They did not charge me to diagnose what my car needed. However, what I find most significant, is the fact that they had the opportunity to make a lot more money off of me and did not take that opportunity. I planned to have my entire timing belt, water pump, tensioner and pulleys changed out, but the shop called me to tell me that I did not need the service because it appears to have been done recently. They could have just done the service and profited off of me, yet they showed me honesty, integrity, and beneficence. This leads me to believe that this shop cares about me and my family, which is absolutely worth writing a review about. Please give North Main your business, they're just good all around.”

“Good service, but if you have a credit card for 1000 or 4000. They will max it out right quick for you. At 30% interest. Labor cost is way to high. It's like Goodyear ,they are going to get you one way or another. They may knock off 50.00 but then add it right back inon labor.”
