Patient, caring listens to my concerns. At an appointment they will come and explain if there are other concerns that have to be addressed .
When I went on a trip I was told that if I had any problems, call them and they would walk me through a solution.
They comminicate with the car dealerships if needed.

“I can't say enough good things about Dynamic Auto Works. My car overheated unexpectedly, and a kind stranger at a nearby gas station pointed me their way, just around the corner. From the moment I pulled up, the team jumped right in to troubleshoot and identified the problem almost immediately.
At first I was told they could fit me in within a couple of weeks, which I completely understood. But then the owner arrived, took a look himself, and said he could fix it that very day if the part was available from the dealership. He went and picked it up personally. That kind of hustle and care is rare.
Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. The owner especially struck me as honest and earnest, exactly the qualities you hope for but rarely find in auto repair. I've heard so many horror stories over the years, so I was truly and pleasantly surprised by how quickly and honestly they handled everything.

I was told to expect to wait 2 hours. Next day took my vehicle to the shop. I was there only 1 hour. The job was done. And the invoice was less than the quote. Very pleased.”

“We were coming from Elizabeth city to Brevard today for camp. Our church bus blew an inside rear tire. We called and they said it might be three hours, and we told them that’s fine but if they could come sooner, we had 19 kids and we were trying to get to camp. They showed up in 20 minutes and in less than an hour we had a new tire back on and the other five tires checked. Greg was there roadside assistance man and he did a great job.”
“After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.”

“Ordered new tires for my pickup truck online and had one of the better tire install experiences since the last I could remember. I dropped the truck off at my scheduled appointment time and they finished within an hour.
What really set the service apart was when I picked the truck up - the rep I spoke with, Jeff explained how they reprogrammed the tpms system since my larger than stock tires on my pickup run lower than normal pressure. He also explained how he placed a sticker on the door jamb showing the ideal pressure. This was above and beyond service. Upon inspecting my tires I was happy to see that they had no issues (scuffing, scratched rims, etc).

“Worley Automotive is the BEST automotive shop in the area! I have the story to prove it....
The day before I was supposed to leave on a vacation to Belize my car's "All Wheel Drive" (AWD) light came on. I knew I had to get this checked before driving to the Charlotte Airport, so I began calling different shops, and A&D Garage had an opening that day. After a 2-hour wait I was told that my car's differential was completely shot, new parts needed to be ordered, and it was unsafe to drive home. For context- I'm a recent college graduate with no car knowledge- but even I knew this wasn't right. I asked for my keys, drove home and was later given a quote of $2,800 dollars to "fix" the issue. A total SCAM!
This is where the story takes a happy turn :) I live just down the street from Worley Automotive and after their incredible service I will be a lifelong customer. Worley Automotive not only properly diagnosed my car but they picked it up from my apartment and fixed it while I was on vacation. That way it would be ready by the time I got back! If that's not the most exceptional customer service I don't know what is. In addition to being incredibly kind, Dennis and the rest of the staff are extremely experienced and transparent- which is a rare find in the automotive industry. Unlike A&D Garage, Dennis had the knowledge, expertise and integrity to assess and fix my car. The total was $350. I truly can't thank them enough! If you live anywhere near the area you will never find a more trustworthy place to take your car than Worley Automotive.

“I wanted to take the time to write a review about the service manager at this location, Rigo. I had called in yesterday inquiring about getting a new set of tires for a 2017 Camry I recently purchased. Checking both the internet and with Rigo, the standard size tires for it are P215/55R17.
With this information Rigo quoted me for four tires that he had in stock that actually had a BOGO deal running on them as well, and the price was fantastic, so I made an appointment with them at 1pm. When I got there, their service advisor was very professional, got me checked in right away, and they got my car into the dock within like 10 minutes despite being extremely busy.
Unfortunately, within a few minutes their tech came in and informed Rigo that I actually had a non-standard 18in wheel on my Camry, so the tires that he had quoted me at would not fit. Obviously, I was disappointed, but I still wanted to get my tires done that day, so I asked their service advisor what tires they did have that would fit my car that day.
After checking his system for a few minutes, they determined that they had four Firestone weather grips in stock that would fit my wheels, but they were nearly double the price of what I was originally quoted. I was disappointed by that as well, as it was out of my budget, so I started working with the service advisor on just getting the front two tires done instead so I could stay in my budget.
Rigo overhearing this and I think seeing that I was disappointed stepped in and offered to match his original quote that he had given me earlier in the morning, despite the considerable price difference. I was honestly blown away by this, and happily accepted.
Within an hour I left with four brand new firestone weather grips, an alignment and very happy. Shoutout to Firestone and especially their service managers and advisors at this location. If you want to work with honest people who will take care of you, go to this location. Firestone earned a customer for life yesterday, and I love my new tires!”
