“I like how this business operates--they shoot straight and I've never felt like they were unfairly trying to 'upsell' me on anything. The owner intervened to help me when I was having issues with another mechanic, and he's had my business ever since. In that instance, not only did they seamlessly fix the problem I'd gone to the other mechanic for help with, but they also identified and solved a running issue that I'd spent two years trying to track down. They know what they're doing and they treat me with respect, so even if appointments aren't available immediately, I don't mind waiting because I know when I get my car back I'm not going to have to wonder if it's really fixed.”

Instead of price gouging me they pointed me in the right direction for a cheaper/easier fix they could have easily done a more expensive fix and I wouldn’t have known any different. “Update: Mobicare has opened a shop here in my local community, and same as before. Quick, honest, and comprehensive automotive repairs, and service!!
Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and service with a smile. I called Mobicare LLC a couple of weeks ago to finish the job another mobile mechanic was suppose to do. I had to work so he showed up at my house, and replaced the starter as promised. Then I took my car on a road trip, and it started to overheat. Again John was quick to reply to my message, explained to me what he thought the issue was, came and checked out my car, and after I asked him to check something else, he didnt hesitate to do that. He has figured out what the root cause of my car over heating, and saved me a ton of money. Its hard to find any honest people these days. But John & his team are the absolute best! 100% would recommend to anyone that needs their car fixed!”
