Odum’s was close by so I drove there and was waiting on my Children’s dad to come help me out when Randy came over and put my spare tire on for me. I didn’t have an appointment or anything. Didn’t even plan to have anyone from here help, but Randy provided selflessly and he asked for nothing! He was polite, respectful and displayed wonderful customer service. Thank you, Randy! “We were recommended to Excel by our dealership. I was hesitant because I thought the prices would be sky high. They weren’t. Whitney was very professional and gave us an estimate and told us to come back the next day. It was an easy fix. John was great!! We even got a tshirt and hoodie. We also met the owners as we waited. Very very nice people. Excel Body Shop is very professional and inexpensive. They do very good work. I would definitely recommend Excel Body Shop.”
“Shout out to Branden who was so helpful! My shifter in my Yukon went out in the middle of Starbucks drive-thru and I was calling companies to get it towed to my dealership and luckily another company put me on hold for a long time and I ended up calling Jimmys and Branden answered. He was able to tell me what he thought was wrong over the phone and told me he could fix it when he arrived if that was the case. He was quick and fixed it right in the Starbucks drive-thru and got me back up and running. I will forever be grateful for him and his kindness! We still have kind people around, now this is a place I’ll always recommend.”

“Chris and Larry are amazing people and I love em as family. I’ve known them since 2017 and I’m grateful they are in my life. So as most people know, I own the number one repair and engine building shop in Jacksonville, NC and I am always busy and swamped with repairs so it’s important that from time to time there is a company I can trust to take care of my customers when I can’t get to them.
Many times Chris and Larry are less expensive then I am and can do the repairs faster then I can and their work is trustworthy enough for me to send people to them. I know it will be done right and it always has been. Chris and Larry are friendly and always take the time to listen and get to know you. It’s a great trait. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JDM Automotive to those in the area because you won’t find anyone better in my opinion.
