AAA - Huntersville is a comprehensive service provider for the local community, offering a wide range of AAA services under one roof. Their offerings include insurance services for auto, home, and life, a travel agency that provides passport photos, International Driving Permits, and trip planning, as well as car maintenance and repair services. Customers appreciate the wonderful customer service, with particular praise for skilled mechanics like Lex, who is noted for his expertise with vintage European vehicles. However, some reviews highlight occasional gaps in communication and service execution. For example, there were issues during oil change services where information about air filter replacements was unclear, and there were challenges with wheel lock keys during tire rotations. Despite these hiccups, many customers find AAA's pricing competitive, especially with promotional offers like the oil change package. The service reports sent via text, complete with pictures and recommendations, have also been well-received. While there have been a few frustrations with tow service timing, overall, AAA - Huntersville is recognized for its knowledgeable staff and valuable services that aim to provide peace of mind to its clients.
International driver's licence process was seamless.

Friendly staff was in and out in no time. I needed an international driving permit.
April 2026
I went to get a international driver's license and Ellie Stark made the process so easy and smooth. She provided the best costumer service ever. If I open a company or business, the first person I will try to hire is her.
