“Was an insurance claim but I'd still recommend them. The front office ladies were pleasant as was, I believe, the manager here. Took an extra business day to get my car back to me but it wasn't their fault and they communicated. “Just have to tell my story my truck broke down I77n exit 23 in NC had to walk to NAPA they didn't have the rite have for my radiator so I ask can I pay someone to give me a ride back to my truck that's when Cameron said he would do it but called another parts place and found the rite part this great man took me to the other place but waited and took me back to my truck tried to give him the money and he said no never taught it was real people and this world but I met one former in your debt Cameron my God Bless you and your Family .And here's the best part we was different races.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this location and the store manager, Braedon. He spent almost an hour helping me diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my auxiliary battery in my jeep. Most places would have told me to go to a mechanic as this job required a bit more work than a traditional battery replacement. Braedon went above and beyond to help me out and saved me a bunch of money in the process. Fantastic experience!!”

“The best place to get European car parts. I made an order at 2PM and it showed up the next day at 9:30 AM. Do NOT even waste time with FCPEuro, Pelican Parts, ECS Tuning, or the dealer. I've ordered a lot from those sites and they always have issues with delivery or broken/used parts showing up instead of new. HIGHLY recommend.”

“They were friendly on the phone, seemed really bored to be there in the store. I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”
