He took the time to help test my battery, swapped it out for a new one and gave a little extra education along the way lol. He got down and showed me where my starter is (just in case the battery isn't the solution). He did all of this with a smile on his face and welcoming attitude. Definitely ask for him if you're in a pinch!”

“My wife called yesterday about purchasing and having a battery installed at the Denver NC store, her jeep had been jumped to get her there. They told her to bring it on and they would install it. When she got there they were total jerks acted like they knew nothing about it and refused to install it, they could have cared less about her situation. Luckily her jeep started again, AAA had jumped her off to get her there. She brought it home. We got her started this next morning, she called Advance in Huntersville, they told her to bring it on. She did, they were busy but stopped what they were doing, acknowledged she was on her way to work and had it changed it in 10 minutes. They were waiting on her. Denver has a personnel problem, especially the long red haired guy. Huntersville is where you need to go. She called me ecstatic about the service she received at the Huntersville store. Good Job Huntersville Advance. She will bring you a lot of business.”

“I have two areas that both deserve a 5-star rating. #1 Each and every one of my the emails were answered quickly with details on the part that was needed for my Cayenne TDI DEF injector.
#2 On Saturday I ordered it online and paid extra for next day delivery knowing it would be sent out on Monday on this day I received my tracking number for a Tuesday delivery. It was delayed by FedEx, FedEx sent out a text and email that It was a incorrect address that themselves printed on the package. It IS the correct address. I emailed German Auto Supply with the in-correct address, it was answered promptly by GAS mentioned they contact FedEx and emailed me back with info. This went on unit a week later GAS had to tell FedEx to leave it at a pickup point near my home. Once it was in my hands, I confirmed it was the correct address
Thank you, German Auto Supply, for all the prompt help to get my Wife’s car back on the road again. And the next day delivery charge back.”

I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”

“Took my truck in to have my moon roof looked at, price quote was way over what I wanted to spend to have it fixed. This is the 3rd time it has been broke. Not the mechanics fault but bad design by Ford. After charging me to repair the leak, brought my vehicle home and noticed that it was not sealed and talked to Chris, it was decided that I should bring it back and have them fix it. The techs looked at it again, this time they said the seals were also bad and that they also needed to be replaced, adding more to the initial cost. After asking why this wasn’t mentioned before when they charged me to make adjustments and get it to seal but not work, because I did not want to pay to have the motor and track replaced for the third time, they have decided to refund me the money from the initial repair or credit me the cost and discount for the big repair. I opted for the refund.
I would recommend buying from this dealership, this is where I purchased my truck from and I am happy with my truck but I would not recommend having the service technicians working on my vehicles.”
