Took an extra business day to get my car back to me but it wasn't their fault and they communicated. “They were friendly on the phone, seemed really bored to be there in the store. I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”
