“I had a great experience picking up and returning my rental. Craig checked ne out and did a wonderful job. The 2 ladies at the front were friendly and gave great customer service. When I first picked up my rental, one of the guys stayed on the phone waiting to speak with my insurance company for over an hour until someone helped us. So, the whole staff is very helpful and welcoming!”

In a state of urgency, we called around in need of another rental location, and we could not have asked for a better alternative!Carla was our first contact in transferring our rental from another Enterprise to their location, with their supervisor Parker, assuring us not only a smooth transfer, but even matched the rate from our former agreement!They were friendly and professional, handled everything swiftly, reserved a wonderful replacement vehicle for us, and gave us an extremely satisfactory experience. “Renting a car can be a little tricky these days, especially if they're busy or low on available vehicles. You have to also be careful when using agents or travel apps. I recommend going straight to the rental car website to avoid policy issues that are available on travel sites that include car rental. I needed to rent a Luxury vehicle from this location twice and they delivered both times. The first vehicle I rented only had 26 miles on it and both were great rentals.The 2nd rental, I miscalculated an issue and although it was my fault, the representative (not sure of his name but he was there both times) was extremely helpful in accommodating me.The process was easy and faster than most rental car check ins/outs. I'd definitely rent from this location again.”

However, when problems arise people can make a difference and Victor Harris, branch manager at this location, made us feel like taking care of customers is his number one priority. During a time of car shortages and travel restrictions there are bound to be issues. The difference between agencies is how those issues are handled. The people here put the customer first.”

“Kevin is a great associate. He called me prior to me picking up my vehicle to confirm the date of the pickup. Another gentleman picked me up right away the day of my reservation. Once I was at Enterprise Kevin remembered speaking with me on the phone and was also very professional in person. He reviewed the car with me and walked around the vehicle with me to make sure there was no major damage. He took really good care of me and made sure I had a vehicle that was similar to my car. Kevin made my experience a good one at this location in Huntersville.”
