“While I enjoy shopping at Marshall's, I have learned to check the length of the check-out line frequently. I tend to get "lost" in the store perusing the isles looking for that special something. Then, I go to check out and the line is ridiculously long. Most times I will wait but there are the times when I have only a couple items and I will leave without them. Other than that, I enjoy shopping at Marshall's even if I don't find anything to take home.”

“I frequently shop Kohl's in Huntersville and absolutely love the variety of home items and cleanliness of the store. Everyone is welcoming especially There is one person who stands out to me every single time I see her and that is Ms. Ashley, she is always kind and patient and makes the shopping trip more personable. She greets you by name too. I shopped on Sunday 3/30 and watched how extremely helpful and patient she interacted with an older couple who had trouble with their card and navigating the app. It felt genuine and not forced, while waiting in line, Several customers walked in and out and they would greet each other by name. Which says alot. Thank You Kohl's for providing a great shopping experience and Thank you to the staff for offering a kind and comfortable experience to my older generation.”
